Red Beans and Rice was excellent! Sausage was very tasty
Absolutely delicious! My husband and I love NOLA and will continue to order and support you during these times. Thanks for the great food and community mindset.
Pretty much everything here is great. The surf n' turf poboy is solid. Super delicious, crispy shrimp and spicy sausage, poor on the crystal and enjoy. The red beans snd rice are great too.
This dish is AMAZING!! Definitely recommend trying! It is one of my favorites.
People that complain of the lack of food diversity in Denver, have not been here. Amazing!
Great way to sample all the soups. We have been here multiple times and everything on the menu is great. Glad they are in our neighborhood!
I've always enjoyed Cajun/Creole foods, but just wanted to grab a sandwich, rather than a bowl, and the Muffaletta looked like a hearty offering. Yes, it is! And the spicy sauce made it as exciting as the ham is filling - love it!
FINALLY! This place is this real deal. Best catfish, hushpuppies, sauces, atmosphere, owner and staff. Thank you for making me feel at home!
awww some EVERYTHING GIZZARDS, RED BEANS AND RICE
THIS IS THE BEST SANDWICH IN DENVER. PERIOD. UNCONTESTED. I cannot sing it's praises enough to anyone that will listen. 12/10 would recommend.
It is as good as it sounds! Mouthwatering and crisp, savory and rich, but not too heavy.
This was so creamy and so flavorful. Every bite was it's own experience! Thanks so much
Being from Louisiana...It was great to eat hush puppies in Denver. Great flavor to them for sure!
I have eaten here several times and I have yet to find anything on the menu that is not the absolute best flavor of NO!
Best red beans and rice in the west! Henry and the gang are some darn right friendly folks with great food, service, and amazing cocktails! Great place to watch some football and eat some crawfish 🦞
I was originally deciding between 3 dishes, including the jambalaya. I asked for a recommendation and, without hesitation, was told to go with the jambalaya. OH was it worth it. The jambalaya was fresh, cooked perfectly, had the perfect kick to it and I felt like I was transported back to NOLA! I would highly recommend all the food but ESPECIALLY the jambalaya
I've been to Neww Orleans a few times and it's pretty much impossible to match the real thing when it comes to food. NOLA's Red Beans & Rice does the impossible! It's better than any I've had IN New Orleans. Love NOLA and Henry and the whole fam. Might have to get some tonight.
No I really look forward to it
Solid meal, made me miss New Orleans. The okra and hush puppies had a perfect fry. The jambalaya had good heat.
Great Gumbo... worth the drive from Aurora.... order was correct and ready on time for pickup
The Crawfish Monica is soooo delicious, decadent, and flavorful. The sauce is always seasoned to perfection and with a generous portion of crawfish. The best Cajun food in Denver!
Full of flavor!! I come all the way from Centennial, CO to have this sandwich! It is my "go to" when I come here!
Great to say the least!
Absolutely delicious! The blend of spices& shrimp with just the right amount of heat make this a dish we regularly crave from Nola Voodoo Tavern.
First time trying the blackened sea bass tonight, and it did not disappoint! I like all the dishes at Nola and this one gives a little lighter option that still has all the great taste!
Wow!! I lived in New Orleans for two years and haven't came across a REAL gumbo since being home in Colorado, but WOW, today I was treated with some homemade gumbo. Truly delicious!
We've been searching for great hush puppies in Denver. Now we've found them! Fried perfectly & spiced just right, NOLA's will be our go-to now
Had this and the okra to start. Then got into the combo platter for sharing. All the food was amazing along the service and atmosphere. Will definitely return.
These are the best hush puppies I've ever had! They are soft, moist and flavorful. They were a crowd favorite.
This was my 1st public dining experience since COVID19 started. I really enjoyed the food, ambiance, and staff. I'm from Louisiana and this was a great reminder of food from home.
After eating this shrimp Po boy, it felt like I was back home in Louisiana ! I was satisfied !
My wife had the bbq wings and she said they were delicious!
I actually ordered a Po boy from another restaurant last night. I was left feeling underwhelmed. When I went to order dinner tonight I saw your oyster Po boy and hoped with all my heart it would fill the void. Not only did it blow my expectations out of the water, I actually had to talk myself out of ordering a second. Y'all are incredible. Can't wait to try everything else.
Red beans and rice - ultimate yum. So glad I got the trio to try them all.
The food is really GOOD, my favorite menu item is the red beans. It reminds me of the Blue Runner red beans ;-) NOLA Voodoo Tavern and Perks is my new guilty pleasure!
Vivian's Rice Gumbo is my favorite comfort food any day anytime of year. Always the perfect combination of spice warmth and perfection. Henry and his employees (better stated "family") always greet you with a smile, honestly from the first time I sat down always felt like family, could spend the day there chatting and eating with everyone that walks in. If anyone needs a place to feel like home including home cooked meals from the heart it's nolas. Love the excitement and energy of the special events or just a po boy quick lunch. Always leave with a happy stomach and smile
Everything on the menu is amazing, but the trio has to be one of my favorites because you get to try three great dishes at once! The gumbo has just the right amount of spice! The etouffee is loaded with crawfish, so if I HAD to pick I might lean that way. But then again the red beans and rice are so rich and flavorful. I can't pick! I'll have to stick with the trio! I can't wait to come back from Michigan to get my fix!
We ordered the Shrimp Po'Boy, the Catfish Po'Boy and the Pecan Pie. Fresh and tasty sandwiches and the pie was the perfect ending. We're going back and spreading the word about this one of a kind restaurant!
New Orleans is one of my favorite places to visit, and my favorite dish is the classic Shrimp Po'Boy. I haven't had one in a few years since I was last there and Nola absolutely made me feel like I was right back on Bourbon Street. I am new to the neighborhood and since covid have been trying local restaurants in support, must say you guys are my fav and will be back again with a big appetite :)
